Why do I need to stay healthy?
For some guys out there, they think they're healthy enough though they look like Barney the purple not gay dinosaur. Well tough luck, little children have nightmares from Barney. Fact is, people who doesn't exercise uses a lot more energy on simple tasks compare to people who exercises periodically. I'm not saying we should be fitness freaks or steroid consuming monsters, but an hour a day of some sort of exercise should help. These are some fun health tips to do when u have time. you could make a difference in your life starting now. I mean it literally, shut down your computer now. Dude? you're still reading this?

Act 1- Jogging
Jogging, for some of us it may be the most hellish and boredom experience of your life. That just means your not doing it right. Never go jogging alone, that's what I say. Bring someone to chat with, an eye candy if possible dont even care if you're in a friendzone or something. furthermore, don't be afraid that she will slow u down, but be very afraid that you will slow her down, which you definitely will. XD
Remember that it's jogging and not running, the main thing isn't how fast you go but how consistent it is. Just try it, if things get a little to weary, just relax and chill with your partner at the park bench for a short chat. it's a great way to lose calories and spend some time together with that someone. That someone doesn't have to be your crush or your girlfriend, it can be your family or your close friend. I usually do this with my dad 3 times a week, its just because he's busy all the time.
This is the only time we can talk about our problems privately.

Well they ones who said an apple a day keeps the doctor away forgot to add apricots, avocados, bananas, spinach and etc. Fruit and vegetables are the best way to provide nutritional vitamins and beta carotenes which keeps away those free-radical damage.

Btw, starting today, stop shoving those green peas and broccoli down the trash can, try to make an effort by eating those yucky stuff. The first thing to do when u wake up is to smile. =) smile smile smile. just smile even if youre alone, even if your girlfriend looks at you in a creepy way. Start of your day with a smile. Then, after you've done smiling, just go and do a bit of exercises. 2 sets of push-ups and crunches or for the ladies, some aerobics would be nice. Remember to keep it light though, but do it every day.
With a banging start, I assure you will be active all day long. With those good vibes running through your veins, it will surely help in your studies, job or career. Don't skip breakfast either, breakfast is an essential supply of energy.
If the day still doesnt work out for you, just smile and remember there's always tomorrow. hoping is believing, and believing makes everything possible. Studies shows that people with a positive attitude produce more antibodies and thus is healthier. Being realistic isn't bad, but it doesn't produce antibodies. Just saying.

Dancing to X box might be a bit better but still, you need to feel the fresh air outside and embrace the D vitamins provided by sun rays. Facts shows that an average man at the age of 20 would have played at least 10000 hours of game in his life. So its more like a culture now so u wouldnt be able to get out of it easily. Act 5- Healthy Mind
Health is not just about the body but the mind as well. A very efficient exercise for the mind is to remember everything you did in that day before going to bed. It is like writing a diary at the end of the day but not as gay because your writing it in your head. Try to remember even the smallest detail and event of the day. like what did your crush wear today. then off to bed.
Drinking a lot of plain water also helps in the brain functions as the oxygen contained in water is being transported to the brain as well. so drink plain water or milk, not those mountain dews and highly sugar contained drinks like coke.

Act 6- Get Enough Sleep
Sufficient sleep is essential for a healthy lifestyle. It controls hormonal production and also blood pressures. But mostly, you need to sleep to recover energy, thats the main factor for sleeping. But too much sleep then you wont be productive. But how much sleep? An adult should sleep around 7-8 hours a day. But for u guys, i think u already slept for like 12 hours a day. I dont wanna generalize but Im just saying. =)
